The light comes with all mounting hardware. It is constructed using two E26/standard base sockets and UL rated wiring. The fixture can be mounted into a preexisting wall junction box. Bulbs are not included. Like our other lighting, this fixture is made to order so please allow time for construction. Please note that the matte black finish takes longer to construct than the raw brass and chrome finishes by up to three additional weeks. All measurements may be customized, just contact us.

Can the hanging height be adjusted?
Many pendant lights and chandeliers include an adjustable cord, chain, or downrod. Please check the product dimensions and specifications for the adjustment range of this model.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders require 1–14 business days for handling, followed by an estimated 14–28 business days in transit. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Contact support@oodioo.com within 48 hours of delivery and before installation. Include your order number, photos or video showing the issue, and photos of the shipping packaging.
Please keep all original packaging until the issue has been resolved. Depending on the issue, we may provide a replacement part or another appropriate solution.

Does this product include a warranty?
Most OODIOO products include a two-year limited warranty covering eligible manufacturing defects. Warranty periods may differ for rechargeable lamps, LED light sources, and drivers.
